About me
Practical support from someone who understands how businesses work.
Small businesses don't always need another full-time employee. Sometimes they just need someone experienced, reliable, and flexible who can step in and take care of the things that keep getting pushed down the list.
That's where I come in.
I bring a combination of experience in technology, legal services, business operations, and administration—and I enjoy using that experience to help small businesses get things done.
A little about my background
My professional experience has taken me across several different areas of business.
I have worked as a paralegal and legal support professional, including working with lawyers on e-discovery and the organization and management of large amounts of information and documentation. This experience taught me the importance of accuracy, organization, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
I also spent many years working as a full-stack web developer, building and working with websites and technology from both the front end and the back end. That technical background gives me a practical understanding of websites, digital tools, online content, and the technology businesses rely on every day.
I have also experienced entrepreneurship firsthand. I started my own tourism business, where I created an online marketplace and managed the many different pieces involved in running a business.
I have also supported a small construction business with administrative and financial tasks, giving me firsthand experience with the day-to-day realities of keeping a small business organized and running smoothly.
Why I started this business
After working across technology, legal services, entrepreneurship, and small-business administration, I realized that I really enjoy the space in between.
The things that need someone who can figure them out, organize them, and get them done.
A website needs an update.
A blog needs to be written.
Information needs to be researched.
An email newsletter needs to go out.
Documents need organizing.
A spreadsheet needs updating.
A business owner has a list of things they've been meaning to get to.
These tasks may be small individually, but they take time and attention.
My goal is to give small business owners a flexible resource they can turn to when they need an extra pair of hands—or someone with the right skills to simply take care of it.
How I work
I believe support should be practical, flexible, and straightforward.
You don't need to fit into a large agency's package or commit to services you don't need.
Tell me what you need help with, and we'll figure out the best way to get it done.
Whether it's a one-time project or ongoing support, I'm here to help you keep things moving.
Digital skills. Business experience. Practical support.
Let's take a few things off your plate.
